FAQ : Doctor Now / Telehealth
The cost for basic plan is $50 per month for the primary member, a spouse and two dependents, you never have a co-pay or pay more. There is a one-time set-up fee of $45, so the complete one time cost to be a member is $95 (this includes first month) then it is $50 per month.
The Health1Pro Basic Plan provides access to all our services except for an assigned Virtual Primary Care Physician. The Health1Pro Premium Plan provides everything in our Basic Plan plus access to an assigned Primary Virtual Care Physician so you can have the same Doctor for your appointments with 24-hour notice.
Our Urgent Care system operates as a standard Urgent Care facility where you will be treated by a Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant all board certified.
Health1Pro Urgent Care can treat 85% of the conditions you would be treated for at a Urgent Care office. (See Doctor Now / Telehealth for more.)
Our Telehealth system is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency, CALL 911.
As with all Urgent Care systems ours does not provide for requesting a particular Doctor. Alternatively, our Premium Plan provides a personally assigned Virtual Primary Care Physician with appointment availability within 24 hours.
Yes, our plan designs allow you to use our service for you, your spouse and up to four of your dependents.
We do not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment, however, if the doctor believes a prescription is appropriate then the doctor will provide a prescription. Our doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. Also, non-therapeutic drugs such as Viagra and Cialis are not prescribed by our Doctors
We do not dispense prescription drugs. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice.
Health records are kept totally private and we employ robust encryption methods to protect your personal information. You determine who can see the information in your record.
We do not turn patients away because of pre-existing conditions.
Our Telehealth visits are unavailable outside of the United States.
