Your care team is four permanently assigned, experienced medical professionals — not a call center, not a rotating staff. They are your team from your first day as a member.
They build your Personal Health History, gather and organize your medical records, create your Annual Healthcare Agenda, and become your first call for anything health-related — reachable by phone call, text, or message directly through the app.
And when something serious happens, a Patient Advocate from your team joins you at appointments, explains your options, handles insurance disputes, and makes sure you're never left to figure it out alone.
Health1Pro was built primarily for working individuals and families — especially those who are uninsured, underinsured, or simply frustrated by how difficult it is to navigate healthcare alone.
Health1Pro works alongside your existing insurance — it doesn't replace it. Many of our members have insurance and use Health1Pro as the coordination layer their insurance doesn't provide.

Health1Pro was built with you specifically in mind. Our telehealth urgent care is available at $0 per visit on most plans, and our medication program puts 37 acute care medications at zero cost and 200+ chronic medications at just $5.
Health1Pro is a direct-pay membership service — we do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or any insurance carrier. Members pay their monthly membership fee directly.
If you have Medicare or Medicaid, Health1Pro works alongside your coverage as a coordination and advocacy layer.
Yes. From your first day as a member, you are permanently assigned to the same team of four care professionals. They are not rotated, reassigned, or replaced.
They learn your history, your family situation, your providers, and your preferences over time. That continuity is what makes the relationship genuinely valuable — and it deepens the longer you're a member.
Our Care Management team is led by Karla Seger, who brings over 20 years of experience working in hospitals and clinical care settings. All care managers are trained and experienced medical professionals with real-world clinical and hospital backgrounds.
They are not customer service representatives or virtual assistants. They are healthcare professionals who understand how the system works — because they've worked inside it.
In most cases your care team responds immediately. If the entire team is occupied, a voicemail or message will be returned within one hour. For urgent medical needs, our telehealth service connects you with a licensed physician within 60 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at $0 cost on qualifying plans.
Your care team is not a 24/7 emergency line. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911.
You access everything through the Health1Pro app. From the app you can message your care team directly, connect with a telehealth doctor, check in daily, review your health history, and access behavioral health support.
On Day 1 your care team introduces themselves, you have a welcome call, and you get set up on the app. Over your first 30 days, your team builds your complete Personal Health History. By day 90, your legal documents (Living Will, POA, DNR) are prepared at no extra cost.
The Daily Check-In is optional — you use it as needed. When active, you tap one button in the app each morning. If no check-in is received, your care team begins a wellness call sequence — and if there's no answer after three attempts, a county wellness check is requested.
It's a quiet safety net. Completely optional, included on every plan at no extra cost.
Basic ($25/month) — Essential support, coordination, and guidance. Right for individuals who primarily need the care management foundation.
Urgent Care Family ($50/month) — Adds virtual urgent care at $0 and medication benefits for up to 4 family members. Our most popular starting plan.
Individual Primary Care ($70/month) — Adds a virtual primary care physician, dermatology, behavioral health clinical services, and annual labs for one person.
Primary Care Family ($95/month) — Full family coverage. Everything in Individual Primary Care, for up to four people.
The one-time $45 setup fee covers your onboarding orientation, care team assignment, initial health history build, and app configuration. After that, you pay only your monthly membership rate.
No hidden fees. Legal documents, care team access, Daily Check-In, behavioral health monitoring, and patient advocacy are all included in your membership at no additional charge.
Yes. Health1Pro is a month-to-month membership with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time.
Founding Members who join the waitlist and enroll during our initial launch period will have their monthly rate permanently locked at the price they enroll at — for as long as their membership stays active.
As Health1Pro grows and adds services, pricing for new members may increase. Founding Members are protected from those increases for life.
We are currently forming the Founders Waitlist for our Southern Arizona launch. Joining the waitlist today costs nothing and commits you to nothing — it simply puts you first in line.

Not yet. We are launching first in Southern Arizona as our proof-of-concept market. Regional expansion is planned following a successful soft launch. If you're outside Southern Arizona, you're welcome to join the waitlist — we'll be in touch when we expand to your region.
