What it isn't:
- Health insurance
- A replacement for emergency care
- A guarantee that all healthcare costs are covered
What You Get as a Member
Depending on your plan, your membership may include:
- Virtual urgent care visits
- Access to a primary care provider
- A personalized care team
- Care coordination and follow-up
- Patient advocacy (help navigating the system)
- Behavioral and mental health support
- Help organizing medical records
- Health-related legal documents (like a medical power of attorney)
Our goal is simple: Make healthcare easier, clearer, and more effective for you.
How Membership Works
- Membership is billed monthly
- You can cancel at any time
- Your membership continues until you cancel
Some services may have usage limits depending on your plan.
What You Still Pay For
Your membership covers access to services โ not every healthcare expense. You may still need to pay separately for things like:
- Hospital visits
- Specialist care
- Lab work (unless included or discounted)
- Medications (unless included or discounted)
- Any services outside your membership
When to Use Health1Pro
Use Health1Pro for:
- Everyday health concerns
- Ongoing care and follow-up
- Guidance and second opinions
- Help navigating the healthcare system
Do not use Health1Pro for emergencies. If something feels serious or urgent, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
Telehealth Care
Many of our services are provided virtually. That means:
- You can talk to providers from home
- Some conditions may still require in-person care
- Technology is involved, and occasionally things may not work perfectly
We'll always do our best to make it smooth and effective.
Your Role as a Member
To get the most out of Health1Pro, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Stay engaged with your care management team
- Follow through on recommendations
- Ask questions when something isn't clear
