One of the first to join the founding team, Karla brings over 20 years of experience working inside hospitals and clinical care settings. She built and leads the Care Management model that sits at the heart of every Health1Pro membership — the permanently assigned teams, the 90-day onboarding, the navigation protocols, and the patient advocacy function.
Shamim leads Health1Pro's technology infrastructure with over 25 years of advanced development experience spanning all areas of the field. He architected and built the custom tech stack — including the member-facing app, care team systems, and platform integrations — that makes Health1Pro's MultiCare model operationally possible at scale.
Chris leads Health1Pro's Behavioral and Mental Health pillar with a background in therapeutic clinical social work and significant professional accomplishments in the field. She oversees the integration of behavioral health monitoring, the Behavidence platform, and the proactive care-manager check-in model that has been shown to interrupt a downward spiral 60% of the time.
Mary brings over 20 years of legal experience, including a long career at one of the oldest private banks in the United States where she created estate plans for high-net-worth families. At Health1Pro, she applies that same standard of legal preparation to every member — living wills, medical powers of attorney, DNRs, and estate plans. Jon brings over 20 years of marketing experience in radio and television media, including a tenure as Head of Marketing for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. He leads Health1Pro's go-to-market strategy, brand development, and the Founders Waitlist campaign — bringing the credibility and scale of professional marketing to a mission-driven launch.
Lisa brings doctoral-level psychology expertise to Health1Pro's behavioral health team, supporting members across the full spectrum from pre-therapy assessment through ongoing psychological care. Her work ensures that mental health support is integrated, clinically sound, and accessible to every member regardless of plan level.
